The second girl is Annabell. She used to have profiles on Purestorm & Purpleport. But has deleted them. There are still a bunch of her photos floating around on various photographers photos on both sites.
I do not think she has appeared in any photosets on other websites apart from stilettogirl though.
There are a couple of pics on Harrtsmith's deviantart page too. But there is very little out there.
