Come on JJ, let's take of the rose tinted specs and be objective and rational for a moment. Any well adjusted person can see that Sylvia looks like a star - she is the most breathtakingly gorgeous girl in any genre of movie, anywhere - or at least she was till Rocco and the Americans got hold of her and turned her into a slightly less appealing 'cyber-porn slut? There are no current British 'stars' just occasional 'performers' who are light years from Sylvia's ball park. If we had a 'star' we might be able to make some inroads into the mainstream market and lift the whole British business up a little. I pray one comes along.
Laura Singer is very attractive and is what a decent porno star should look like, but she doesn?t seem to have that special magic/star quality that radiates from Sylvia.

The departure from my usual sunny-natured persona was occasioned by the fact that this stuff is, strictly speaking, O/T, and that the post was the 'yah boo sucks' equivalent of saying 'A Rolls-Royce is a great car and Vauxhall Novas are shite'......well, yes........and so??? I'm sure many Vaux owners are very happy.
I'm a big fan of Euro girls myself, especially Lea DeMae, so have no problem with SS per se.
I prefer Britgirls for linguistic and naturalistic reasons, which is why I post here. If I want to sing Lea's praises, I will go to a forum dedicated to that subject.
The nature of the 'star' debate is irrelevant. I could name at least 100 Euro girls with a better claim than her to 'Star' status, starting with Marilyn Jess...........which is entirely a matter of personal opinion and also not germane here.
I also resent the implication that I'm maladjusted: while I may well be, I just don't think my opinion of Ms Saint, good or otherwise, is a reliable indicator of it.
And I don't understand the 'Emperor' allusion here...........
