Your statement is rather confused. Do you mean Wendy had an incestuous relationship with your friend? If so I would assume you would know or could find out the relationship between the two. If not, who is the her involved and what is the relationship?
You are leaving yourself open to a libel suit if you statement is false but, in any case, why publish your hearsay knowledge on a public forum? Why do you assume anyone on here would have the evidence any more than you can easily obtain from your contact.
Sounds to me as if you either have a grudge against Wendy or you are not intelligent enough to realise you could be on very thin ice. In UK law incest is punishable by imprisonment. You may have opened a can of worms for yourself if your statement is false, or if true, for those involved.
