... quite literally.
It's been over two weeks since I ordered my video from Excalibur, and nearly ten days since they sent my 'confirmation of shipping' notice. I ordered using 'Global Priority Mail', which should take 3-5 working days.
At what point should I contact Excalibur and ask them to send another copy (I took out insurance for just this reason) ?? Should I wait until I receive a letter from Customs or do they not always send one?
Any help gratefully received.

I`m in the same boat. Been waiting months. I asked them what the delay was for and they gave me a load of crap about customs. They prefer to delay shipments and split your order up cos they can charge more postage. I will not order from them again. I find the fact that they sign themselves as "Virginia Beaver" particularly irritating. Tossers.

Much discussion here recently.........I'm still waiting for one shipped on the 29th last month. Might mail them later, but have about had it with them, and I didn't insure it. Worth a try, though.
Global Priority (yeah, right......) can take up to a fortnight, so all is not yet lost.
I don't think HM Thieves would've nicked your vid, as it's usually the stronger Euro stuff they take against.
They would whack on Duty over about ?18's worth in one packet, but this doesn't apply in your case, and you'd still get the vids in good time.

But I have used Excaliber twice, and Customs have taken them both.
So don't hold your breath. For quick delivery and excellent service I now use Orgazmik from Switzerland. I think they only do DVD's, but great choice of films and great service.

Have never had any problems with Excalibur but then i live in Australia.I have waited up too six weeks for vids.
Possible reasons would either be
1. they are slack in dispatch
2. out of stock
3. customs runs an internal rental service
4. Excalibur is ripping us off.
The winner is no 3 no doubt.Supplying Brussels I would think.
Just a thought.
