as my silly question is now fossilised for all time in the archive i,ll try again.
My computer has an s-vhs/svideo outlet- can i run this to my tv and copy files to vhs tape via my vcr attached to tv,s scart socket-or is there some obvious reason why that wont work???

hi mate. as far as I know you should be able to do that. but simpler way is using your single av outlet on your computer and connecting it to video-in jack of your vhs. for sound you have to connect your sound cards outlet to audio-in input of your vhs.
