Magazine Back Issues Help

Can anybody help, i found a site a couple of months ago that listed old Uk
magazines from year dot. They were accompanyed by a thumbnail of the front covers.
Its Based in the UK.
ITS NOT Tilley's MAGAZINE in Sheffield.

Any one got any idea?
