Has anyone got petra morgan video cd's off these guys? I'm still waiting a month for mine!!

Mail them ONCE more, to tell them that if they don't contact you satisfactorily within ONE week, you'll report then to your ISP, Paypal AND your credit card company.
Might get a reaction..........

The problem is that the hotmail address doesn't apparentlt exist!!!!

Maybe, but their site has a URL, so they can be tracked by the ISP.
In this case you've made an unsuccesful, bona fide attempt to contact them, so recourse to the ISP is perfectly legitimate.
