The legal bias is on the porn makers. Its very easy to argue that they are making money from sex (imoral earnings), and that the basis of the case.

But it must be noted that some, models do advertise as escorts.

You have several arguments:

(1) Legal - this being is being paid to be in a porn film the same as prostitution? As said, this has been tried before and failed in the courts - BUT that does not mean it could not be tried agaIN (THOUGH NOW UNLIKLY).

(2) Moral - How do you feel abpout porn and prostitution. Yoyu could even argue that page 3 is porn, and the girls involved are beiong paid for sex, ie, if the pics are a 'sourse of material' to make you wank, then that is sex. Ie, if a protitute striped off and you wanked over her, same thing.

Would you agree with UK pornstars in prostitution, would your looking at them, would your esteem in them fall, its not wrong, if thats what they may do in the life, after all its their life, so they can or cannot make that choice.

The Bunny Ranch in the states have pornstars - us working for them and its legal over there, can't see what all the fuss is about in thic country, we don't live in victorian times anymore do we?

Not different rules, it was a legal argument which could be used here.

Its based on the imorall earnings, whivh is the same in the UK. Ie, I take money off a girl who has sold herself for sex, I have thus made money from imoral earnings.

Thats the basis of the legal argument.

The question was, are pornstars protitutes - I thus put forward the legal argument.

I am not interested inm drivel, asuch as 'I like porn so Mikes wrong', or 'porn is fun so Mikes wrong'. Grow up.

The question of pornstars being prostitues is very serous, and anyone involved in any way in porn needs to understand such an argument.

I think a lot of us realise that woodgnome but there are lots of examples, not just allegedly (to use the "Have I got News for You" phrase), of girls listed on this site who "escort".
