". . . and, lo, once Alec and Phil and Woodgnome had eaten of the fruit of the tree of knowledge they did know everything concerning British porn, and the Lord tested them and said, Hast Teresa May ever done HC?, and when they said that, No, she had not (amidst a great wailing and gnashing of teeth), the Lord was wroth and said, Thou hast disobeyed me and must leave this place. And so they were sent forth, east of Eden to the Land of Mod . . . . "

Parable of the Good Dibble
" A certain man was travelling from Jerusalem to Jericho when he fell among thieves who robbed him of his money and his clothing and left him sorely hurt at the side of the road. A priest travelling the same road some time later saw the injured man, and passed over to avoid him; likewise, some time thereafter, a namby-pamby liberal social worker saw the casualty and also passed over to avoid the man.
"A short time later, Officer Dibble was coming along the road and saw the injured man, and he was sorely wroth with the robbers. 'Hast they learned nothing from the blessed lady Thatch?' he asked, opening his Swiss army knife and preparing to cut. 'Jerusalem health trust are paying 25 shekels for a healthy kidney.' And so it proved to be."
