What do you lot prefer. Cheddar, Chesire, Red Leicster or one of those froggy ones with blue mould in them?

Soy/chives cheese when I'm on a health kick

Ricotta when I want a snack

Camembert when drinking Red Wine

Gorgonzola when I'm listening to the bazuki

Cornish Yarg is pretty nice especially the nettle outter skin, coming a very close 2nd is good old Stilton.
But for Breville Toasties, vintage Cheddar is a must.
