Shes a Polish countess by all accounts, and a REAL snotty primadonna. My ex-girlfriend and I waited to get Watermans autograph when he appeared in Cinderella, she was a HUGE fan, and he was so nice to us all, but Rula barged past us in a fur coat and sunglasses at night to her waiting car, he looked embarrassed, so did she as nobody asked for hers. My ex got his autograph on the Minder theme song, which I saw on ebay at ?40. Wish I'd got one now!!

that was TV play The Root Of All Evil where Dennis played Susan Georges boyfriend who was indeed a babysitter. Dennis turns up at the house for a shag with Susan and gets bludgeoned to death. It was a scene he loved but after filming, realsied he was covered in 'blood' and wasnt allowed into the canteen to eat till he'd scrubbed up.

Steve, wouldnt it be good for the BBC to show some of those plays again? I remember some brilliant stuff from then, and compared to the bollocks on TV these days, it would certainly hold up well.
