Trying to identify a girl from shagnasty and muttl

There's a Shagnasty and Muttley episode (probably from a few years ago now - Christmas special perhaps?) where they encounter a young blonde woman in a short-skirt Santa outfit collecting for charity outside a shop. I've only seen a preview but they get her to bend over. Can anyone identify her?
