Re: To Layla-Jade (or any other starlet)
Thats usually the way Steve. The only thing school taught me was the basics such as learning to read, write and do maths.
Nearly everything else I know or learned was self taught. I learned more from reading stuff outside of school and from tv documentaries than I learned at school.
After leaving school I would sometimes bump into teachers on the street or in the pub and I realised that they were mostly very stupid people.
I remember when I was in the fourth year and this teacher told us that the black bit of your eye is the iris. I put my hand up and said "sir, the black bit is the pupil. The coloured bit is the iris." I got the strap for "insolence" over that but I was right. The rest of the class were telling me to shut up because how could a teacher be wrong. I still feel bitter about that.
I might start a thread headed "Teachers - Educators Or Cunts" but it will probably get deleted so I wont bother.

Re: To Layla-Jade (or any other starlet)
How familiar that story sounds to me ! In highschool my so-called science teacher claimed there were 3 states of matter being solids liquids and gases. I asked " Sir, but what about plasma, when gases become superheated and are no longer atomic in nature. Aren't they now considered the fourth state of matter ? " The wanker threw a blackboard duster at me which left a bruise and a lump on my forehead and informed me that " Plasma is whats in yer blood, stupid. " Many years later I now know I was right and it still shits me. Sorry if I've wandered right off the subject everyone but some teachers need a blackboard duster bounced off their thick heads.
