Yes its cheap non scripted tv but at least its a different choice to sitcoms,news,quiz shows,sports etc

Where else are you going to see a guy having a bath in a portable kitchen sink that is also used as a normal sink

I recall a TV show late at night called The Word, that was good in bits, but there was a segment where people were THAT desperate to be on TV other than audience participation. They would French Kiss 80 year old grannies or drink a pint of snot or suck the toes of a geriatric that had corns and bunnions, all to our revulsion, JUST to be featured as 'I'd do ANYTHING to be on TV'.
I used to think of all those sad people who fill shelves at Tesco while their mates are clubbing, who have no girlfriend, no real prospects and really going nowhere must feel pretty sad. But when they see tossers like those desperate to be on TV, they must think 'I might be sad, but not as sad as those fuckers!'
