I remember seeing a few children's action films when i was about 10 with some cruel domineering females:
1/There was a mythilogical film with a female statue representing a god and if she didn't like you her arms came out and crushed you to death.
2/There was a roman gally ship with about 100 slaves rowing furiously with a female in charge furiously whipping them to stop them from slacking.
3/There was Cruella in 101 Dalmations.
4/There was that notorious Avengers episode with Emma Peel brandishing a whip in fetish gear.
Any more examples that you can think of ?

Erm, shes American Steve, and your from London...............
Good shout on Anjelica, great film, especially Bill Paterson as a guest. I can't stand Rowen Atkinson, but he was good in a cameo as a restaurant manager.
