Hardcore cafe - anyone having problems?

Anyone had any problems with getting deliveries from these people lately. Been waiting about a month for my last order, still hasn't arrived.

Yep, same here: last mail from HCC was 3rd March.
Getting slightly worried now.

I think somebody said the other day that they had had a flood or something which damaged some stock.

Dont quote me on that because it might have been another company.

Nah, that was me about HCC: the penult. mail I got blamed this for the hold-up.

Can only say that he was a bit of a victim of his own success with the latest mail shot. I know he was absolutely inundated with orders and to deal with that volume and variety is not an easy task, it tends to put him at the mercy of the copiers/mailers. I assure you he is desperately trying to catch up on late deliveries and I would personally add one other thing-in any biz of volume, things get lost or strayed.
Anyone want to mail me personally with the details, I'll help out with the greatest pleasure.
