Marc Dorcel

Can anyone tell me if there are any shops in London that sell Marc Dorcel DVDs ? I appreciate that there has been previous postings on this subject, but I'm wondering if there is any up-to-date knowledge. Alternatively, can anyone tell me if the www.marcdorcel.com shop is a reliable source or am I likely to fall foul of HM Customs by purchasing such material from France. Many thanks.

I doubt very much that any shop will have the good taste to stock them.

Your Choice have some in their limited stock section.

The Dorcel shop is reliable and quite quick, but their prices for DVDs can be expensive - four or more euros higher than DVD Hard, but roughly similar to orgazmik (see links for both those), but they do special offers if you buy several items.

There shouldn't be any problems with Customs.

a bit more input re: marc dorcel shop, the product of course superb but I had problem with shipping and their customer service is non existent, no replies to emails and when i telephoned their office and explained the problem, i had a promise they would look into it an call back, they never did so i had to get credit card comapny to do a charge back.

also, with regard to the product, you have to be careful if you want marc dorcel produced items because his name goes on the covers of stuff they buy in.

I can't speak for the customer service as with three orders so far (of 80s tapes), I've had no problems.

As to the stuff they buy in, at the bottom of either the DVD or the Video page you click on

Dorcel Production
European Selection
or
U. S. Selection
to get a full list, which makes that distinction quite clear.
