Come on Steve

For mine Black Sabbath had 2 good songs-guess which? Deep Purple were legendary but you can't compare them to Queen

If for nothing else other than Bohemian Rhapsody......Queen will be remembered

I will never stoop to saying this band is better than that one simply because its a subjective opinion

Two of my favourite bands Montrose & The Blue Oyster Cult wouldn't rate a mention in most peoples minds

cheers

BOC had a couple of good 'uns Buttsie, but I bet you get pissed off with everyone mentioning Don't Fear the Reaper etc. Incidently, i HATE BOC's producer, a smug ponce called Sandy Perlman who totally fucked up producing The Clash's 2nd album, into 'Mainstream American punk'

It must have been an amazing feeling to be on stage to see tens of thousands of people all clapping their hands in the air at the same time (Radio Ga Ga) it's an amazing sight when you watch their concerts.

Went to see Bon Jovi a couple of years back and purposefully got seats up the back so I could see everyone moving 'as one' to certain songs.

I knew quite a lot of repliers would not be Queen fans, fair enough, we can't all like the same, but I don't agree that Queen were over-rated. A lot of their back catalogue will stand the test of time .... more than a few classics in there.

Thanks to all who contributed
