That wasn't EXACTLY my point.
But never mind...it's a nice sunny day, and I'm feeling all mellow, and generally well-disposed to all humanity.
Which makes you one LUCKY SOB.................

Re: massive attack video
In 1990/91 Massive attack had to change their name to Massivo for America as the Yanks thought the name too violent.. I know because I bought a 12" single in NY when I was there thinking it was another band.. duh..
As for Jazz Funk .. The mid 70's were great for that music.. Reuben Wilson.. Lonnie Liston Smith.. Brecker Bros... Donald Byrd... Even Chicago with Street Player which was sampled a couple of years ago by Basement Jaxx.. and Grover Washington to name a few more great musicians. I also remember seeing the George Benson Quartet at the Albert Hall just about the time Breeezin' came out and falling asleep as they played late 60's early 70's jazz and not even his CTI stuff which is when he did get funky..
And Steve56 don't you remember Herbie Hancocks, Chameleon from around 74
Those were a few memories of an old club dj
