Thought I answer the point you made in a new topic as its now a few pages back....
Doubt you've ever been to my new site then have you mate. I used to run one of the biggest free brit porn sites on the planet. It at one point was getting about 10,000 hits a day. As the site grew in size and popularity I began to get emails from people saynig they owned the copyright to blah blah and could i remove blah blah. At first I thought: fuck em. I've never paid to get into a site in my life so if i can find all this material for free so can everyone else so wheres the harm in collectiong it all up in one place.
I'm not entirly sure when my view point altered but i guess it has a fair amount to do with this forum as here I was able to meet and interact with some of the people I was ripping off and as i got to know these people i became more sensitive to their position as the owner of the material i was giving away free.
Now we come to the new version of my site. It now features ONLY material that has been given to me to use by its owners. An upshot of this is that the content is totally crap compared to what it was (although theres quite alot, 1202 pics and counting). When anyone donates pics to OidsWorld i set up there own gallery with a banner of there choice and a paragraph of what ever text they want. This, I hope, will help drive traffic to them and MAKE them money, not lose them money.
You mention that no pics/vids are public domain:
It says on my index page 'Oid knows theres no such thing as public domain!!' (well not with the porn I'm interested in anyway!)
The reason I posted the post titled 'bored' was because I'm getting frustrated by having to fill up a site once regared as a top brit site with US crap just because there the only sites that will give me any content (some exceptions, see below).
I wish that some of the brit sites would use my site a bit more to promote theres as that is what its there for. Ok, fair enough, it keeps me in beer and smokes but then theres too many stupid A*******s in the world.

oid you make many good points,most of which i agree with.i am interested to know what people who hold the copyright to the pics on your old site did to stop you,was it a solicitors letter to your isp or something else.
you still have some good stuff and there are many paysites a lot worse so good luck in your efforts and dont let the bastards get you down.

Well thanks, Oid. I wish a few more were so honest. Put another way, I'm sorry there are so many crooks. Funny thing is these people are probable reasonably honest (they don't steal from supermarkets) but for some reason they think the Internet is a free-for-all and anarchy rules. Luckily ISPs are happy to shut down sites with stolen material. The more photographers complain, the better. No point just wingeing (I accept I do ths) - better to give one warning with request to remove stolen pics, then contact their ISP. I had to write to jerrykurlz today as he appears to be offering my material. Take care ordering from him as he is likely to be "off air" soon!

I wish you well with your site. If you offer to give something in return for the use of photos, I'm sure you will get contributors. I would be happy supplying your site with some pics (specialise in big boobs and black girls). Email me and maybe we can fix something up.

nah, never got solicitors letters (apart from orange phones, but that a different story) - but when i got email about copyright i tended to trust them. You would'nt email sites about copyright if you did'nt hold it, would you? - that would be fucking sad.

I understand what your saying, i always removed pics as soon as it was asked of me. My aim was not to piss people off.
sadly the internet IS one big free for all and any one with a small amount of web know how can ma ke a hugly popular site if they take the time to do so (worked for me).
In answer to your points about isp's, it was never really them that had the peob. I never got shut down once because a copyright holder had made a request to my isp.
