Eastenders - last night's episode

Post by Mart »

I'm not a regular watcher so didn't see what, by many accounts, was a very funny episode. Alfie (of the Queen Vic) after pining for barmaid Kat is at last going to get his heart's desire. But its late, he's a gentleman and he hasn't got a condom. Where do you get them late at night?
It happened to me once.

I stopped watching about a month ago, it was getting to tired and predictable and there were too many poor actors. Thursday's episode sounded like a potential classic but instead was perhaps the single most ridiculous half hour of TV ever. I think the writers fancied a change and opted for 30 minutes of slap-stick style humour. It got a bit far fetched after 5 mins and was downhill from there.
