Even historical footage is edited now. When was the last time you saw the final parts of the Zapruder film? ie: JFK in Dallas 1963. The Saigon Chief of police now only raises his pistol to the VC who murdered his family and best friend. while these images may be unsettling, they are a piece of history. Shit, even footage of the aircraft hitting the WTC is now edited so they dont actually crash into them. Now I hate seeing the footage of 9/11 but it happened. As far as the topic, SKY used to show programming from ABC, including Nightline. However, SKY went solely with CBS stuff and BBC picked up ABC's evening news broadcast, but not Nightline.
