i am with ntl world and there technical support team have had a problem with secure server access to yahoo,e-bay and hotmail amongst others.I am having the same problems as others getting into the sites.i have complained almost every day for the last two weeks but get the impression that because i will not pay for broadband,ntl do not give a shit or put this problem as a priority.

Theyre bastards. Ive got Tiscali broadband and ebay and hotmail still take an age to load up!

i can log in to hotmail but it times out when i select my inbox.
on ebay it lets me look at one or two items in each category then times out.also i cannot log in with my details.this has been going on for about two weeks.

Here in the Hull area you have 3 choices for internet access: Karoo (Kingston Comms), Hull 24 (via Kingston) or AOL that bloody KC have limited now to just 30 hours a month instead of unlimited. And for Broadband, the choice is even better: there is no choice, it's crappy Karoo all the way and that's why I ain't got Broadband yet. What a hole, a silly place with no choice, unlike the rest of the UK. Yes, they're going all out here to be a "top 10" city. Outstanding place...Where else in the UK are they demolishing perfectly good council houses BUILT IN THE 1980's?
Here's to the badly run Kingston Communications PLC going out of business soon. Either that, or I move somewhere civilised.
