Read today we have a worse health service than some so called 3rd world countries, and this coming from people recruited from such countries to work in ours, so I figure the best way to get an operation is to pretend to be involved in a disaster, that way you,ll get carted off to the hospital with the other poor bastards and get your treatment same day!

Not very nice............but never the less true! And to think all that money you pay in N.I. just in case you need treatment on the N.H.S. Still you have to admire the Nurses & Docs who work in the N.H.S. Often long hours for little reward but dedicated to helping the needy.

You may admire the nurses and junior doctors, but some of the consultants are so "up themselves" with thier ego,s and busy terrorising the rest of the staff, they make you puke! and there,s more administrators than staff in some hospitals, and equipment that closes down at 6.o.clock, why dont they utilise it 24hrs?

why does everyone think that nurses and doctors are the only important members of staf in the NHS.
without us pharmacy staff the bloody hospital wouldnt run in the first place as they would have no drugs to fight diseases with.
