3 million quid wouldn,t even buy a poster campain, it was more like 25 million, if you include television advertising.
Thatcher turned this country into a dog eat dog culture, fuck you I,m alright jack, she had a lot of strength,s, but used them against anybody who didn,t agree with her 'vision' of a great britian. she was responsible for bringing this country to the verge of an economic catastrophe, thats why she was forced to resign if I remember rightly. Tears running down her cheeks as she was driven away from no 10, best day of my life..........
So graz! how long have you been a Lib-Dem spin doctor?

Giles wrote 'legitimising the wideboy bastard management culture we see now'.

How very true Giles, I for one, am shitting myself when I return to 'Civvy Street' later this year.

All good points, Giles. But isn't it important that the party you think ought to be in office - even if you know they'll never make it - know exactly how many people are willing to support them? Aren't you playing into the hands of those you oppose by not voting? And how can we differentiate between someone who doesn't vote for a good reason and those who don't because they just can't be arsed? Yes, Tony Benn had a good point when he said the party should earn your vote, but with each general election many policies are softened or blurred in order to attract the indifferent. Hence the showboating that brought Tony to power.

only thing i would say about thather is that i reckon she would of had the balls to nut saddam where it hurts on meeting him and that idoit grey man John Major wouldn't nor would Tony ass wanker Blair. i asked for his help once when i was trying to move back to the U.S.A and all he did was write a letter to me saying i should either get in touch with foriegn office or make an appointment with US Embassy. i was informed to write to my local MP and PM as well as the Senator where i was living in US and write to the US President who at the time was William Jefferson Clinton i got more help from US officals than i did my own country.

But this country is prepare to help foriegn nationals and give them what we work years to gain, like houses and jobs and money to live on.When it comes to foriegners this country is too soft we have enough problems of our own to deal with like homeless people and the elderly being told pay your council tax at a higher rate or face a prison term but the bastards in government are the ones to blame like getting rid of pension scheme.
