As far as I know maggs they do! but only if you care to disclose the fact, or if the Insurance company want to see your licence, which sometimes they do!, if they dont ask for your licence, then it,s up to you, but if you get into an accident, and you haven,t declared them you may be up shit creek, thats the problem, me I wouldn,t say anything unless I was asked, and even then I wouldn,t say anything.

Magoo, you will both be in trouble if your friend does that. He will have to show he was insured to drive your car, and if he isn't covered, he will be hit with another 5+ points for 'Driving without Insurance'
The only way I think you could get around it is for you to say the car was For Sale and some possible buyers took it for a test drive on the days before and after your speeding conviction. As there were several 'prospective purchasers' you don't exactly know which one did it, but are happy to pay a fine, but refuse the endorsements as you were'nt driving at the time.
