It will change your dial up connection, you wont even know, and re connect you to a paid ?1.90 per min account, every time you log on, unless you have a fire wall or anti virus system installed, even if you do it is worth checking your internet connection properties, just to make sure, it will show up as GMHBM or similar.
Most of you will be familiar with de installing it, for those who are not sure mail me or post here.

Re: WARNING
Is this the one I've had over the last couple of days that kept trying to connect me to the internet at start-up but without any IE page appearing, and then redirecting me to various porn sites once I'd connected to the net? A friend told me to visit for an on-line scan and it was well worth it. They cleared out three viruses and I've been trouble-free since. Highly recommended.
By the way - and excuse my naivete - but just how does dialler billing work regarding phone bills?

Re: WARNING
It re-directs your dial-up connection to another, (premium rate) number, a lot of these are based in S. America, and you still think you are connected to your own i.s.p, but you are now connected to the premium line, some of these programmes, also change your home page, network settings, and can cost you a fortune....... dialler billing just gets charged to your BT or phone/cable provider, you dont know anything about it till you get your phone bill, then wham......no playing out for a month...

Re: WARNING
Cheers, Liz. My settings haven't changed, and there seems nothing excessive on my Bt 'Cost of Calls Since Last Bill' service (which, out of sheer paranoia, I check almost every other day). Thanks for the warning.
