Innocent Man was an album out in mid 80's. It had the dubious honour of having Uptown Girl on it.
The Stranger and 52nd Street by Billy were good, but as soon as he got globally huge, the shite gets churned out.......as per usual

Stranger had another belter, 'Only The Good Die Young' on it, as well as (Scenes from an) Italian Restaurant, Shes Always A Woman To Me.
Uptown Girl was on Innocent Man and was about his then wife, Christie Binkley. this was about 1985. The Stranger was 1977

He never did a bad album IMHO although his later efforts weren't of the same standard as the earlier classics

Glasshouses was the standout for Me and funnily enough its the one album i don't have anylonger-tapes are a bloody ripoff

His Greatist hits albums are Numero Uno even Volume 3 which I somehow bought twice

cheers

The Stranger is a classic album, and of the later stuff I quite liked the Walker Brothers styled Until The Night (can't recall the name of the album) and the journalistic shorthand history of the later part of the 20th century, We Didn't Start The Fire. Immense.
