Quite simple Steve56...I just don't like her or her voice..never have and never will...same goes for Barbara Streisand

Each to their own...I've never been into female artists...music wise

She came to Adelaide as the headliner event for the Grand Prix(can't remember the year)
and got caught out badly miming on stage in front of a sellout crowd

I didn't particularly take much notice of her before then but after that
she went off my radar screen altogether

cheers

The Monkees did serve a purpose in providing a public airing for work by songwriters like Carol King, Neil Diamond (among others).

Ah, Marillion: Genesis wannabes with a would-be Scottish poet as their Gabriel.

Some of mine are so embarrassingly bad, my CD player spits them out and says "Fuck off you pervert !!! " if I try to play them. The only excuse is when you buy a shit single from a horn-bucket like Samantha Fox in the belief that she'll appreciate that you're helping her music career and let you play with her tits. She never did though.
