Can anyone help me here? I have some vid clips, I want to put on my yahoo group but the files are too big. Is there a way of making it smaller? Any info would be great.

What format are they in?
AVI? Mpeg?
Try converting them to WMV files.
You lose quality but the files are a lot smaller.
