Today in London we had a strike by the Royal Mail resulting in my having a very boring day at work!!
I was phoned today by someone from the Royal Mail asking if I would like to take part in a survey into how they could improve their services.
No wonder people are losing faith in them!

was on the phone for ages telling them what i have already told them in my letter im sure it was a wind up.

The guy even asked me to rate them on a scale of 1 - 10 on how good I thought their service was.......I gave them 8........!!!!
