The only good thing that came out of the goodies was

Beanz Meanz______

The rest was just malarkey at its worst...sadly to come to this conclusion I had to watch most episodes

Kenny Everett just said what everybody was thinking at the time
Being non-politically correct I guess

cheers

The only US comedy series I ever liked were Bilko (The Phil Silvers Show) and a series they showed on late night British TV a few years ago called 'The Honeymooners' with Jackie Gleason. I have no idea why I found it so funny and so good.

Stuff like Friends, Frasier, et al are terrible.

For me, Bilko is the greatest TV comic character ever. And for another completely unknown reason to me, I think Seinfeld the ne plus ultra of small screen comedy.

Comic taste is a fuuny thing.

Too young to die, Giles.
Funny, years ago I would have thought 62 was old now it's young.
