Your not wrong about American beers
Miller...Budweiser..watered down cats piss
When I start making my own I bet i could do better than them
Give me naturally brewed beers anyday
I don't drink that much of it...a glass of Red a day
cheers

Allergic reactions are more common than you'd think
I've known people to be allergic to beer
I only drink minimal amounts of wine and only when eating simply because of the high alcohol content....8-15% compared to a full strength beer 4.5%
I've made the mistake of drinking champagne once..................never again
even if it might lead to one getting lucky
As a rule IMHO smaller breweries make better products....natural brewing process compared to chemically contrived mass production
I'm sure most people only drink the likes of Bud because its seen as cool
cheers

I 'olden' times it was difficult to find good quality water to drink
so people often drank beer, or after the romans came, wine.
When beer was made the first lot out was the strongest, for the
men, and had xxx put on the barrel.
Then the same ingredients were brewed a second time, so it was
a bit weaker, for the women.
Then brewed again, and this time it was very weak, so the children
drank it.
I remember reading a book about some monks in the middle ages
where it said some of them drank a LOT of beer each day (15 pints
I think) and were drunk all the time.
