it must have been sudden ,didnt he recieve a knighthood earlier in the year,he was in the orig a kind of loving which i had on video.

he was also in a bbc drama about philby,burgess,mc clean praps it will be reshown as i missed it 1st time round.

By far the best actor in the star studded cast of 'Prayer for the Dying' as crooked gangster Jack Meehan who ran a funeral home. I think his name should have been Meeoff instead of Meehan! (Think about it)
