ZZ top were another band recording for yrs then suddenly in the 80s had hits 1 after the other.

That was the beauty of MTV Stevie, do you REALLY think bands like Bon Jovi would be so successful if not for MTV?
At least ZZ Top COULD play some GREAT music

never heard that 1 but iliked early zappa later that night etc.
