I remember once seeing a film that featured some Dutch / German guy who was in the same role as Ben Dover.

He filmed everything with a POV camera style and picked girls up off the streets before giving them the old BD treatment.

Anyone recognise who the hell this is ???

More likely the 'Ben Lover'/'Ben Rover' series (see Films).
Not a patch on the original, but they did get a couple of otherwise hard-to-find Brits who apparently thought it was OK to do continental porn in the mistaken assumption that their mum/boyfriend/schoolchums/cat wouldn't see it.
