That's part of the reason for my cynicism, but by far the biggest is my distaste for granting these often only mediocrely-talented people even more 'celebrity'.
They have millions of reasons to feel loved and appreciated sitting in their bank-accounts- I really don't want to hear about a badly-staged love-fest in addition.
