Probably a good theory, Buttsie. It's hypocritical, I know, but I really take offence to women being treated as less than human. Its always been that but at least in the past the mental patients were kept
under close medical supervision.Far to much cost cutting going on at the publics expense

These days its off to the half way house and fend for yourself

Then consider some of the repeat offenders that are let out on Home Detention or Parole(for being a model prisoner)
