A huge over-reaction by the US authorities - does anyone really think a federal investigation into a "wardrobe malfunction" is really the best way to spend taxpayers money? Will this investigation be an independent Inquiry? Will heads roll at the TV broadcaster in the US for this?

Tackiest thing in many a moon. Heads roll? I doubt it, though that's the first and last time the NFL allow MTV to produce the half-time show. It was all planned anyway - MTV's website had been promising 'shocking moments' for some time, and, suspiciously, both MTV and match broadcaster CBS are owned by Viacom. They all win. The game loses.
