A musical question.

Post by mart »

Even if you don't like him I guess most of you know of "The Barber of Seville". But who was the barber of Hamilton?

Well, I guess none of you know (or care).

I'll let you out of your misery....lol

The barber of Hamilton was/is Richard O'Brien - he of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Not many people realise he is a New Zealander and he once worked as a barber in Hamilton, whose worthy citizens are now going to erect a statue in his honour. The statue will depict him as RiffRaff and is being made by Weta Studios (part of Peter Jackson's film empire).

Mart (in Michael Caine mode).

That's really fascinating.
Honest.
Really.

Are you at a bit of a loose end, or has the Southern Hemisphere finally woven its mystical magic and rotted your brain beyond all peradventure of recovery?
Worried of Wanganui.
