Could someone point me in a direction I have a friend model who would like to get one of those phone numberwhere people get charged more to avoid nuisance calls etc etc , does anyone know how to get it?

Not sure what you?re asking. To qualify for premium rate lines you?ve got to be providing some sort of service, or offering something of some worth, or for competitions etc. They can?t be used just to deter nuisance callers, in the way I think you?re suggesting. ICSTIS police premium rate lines, and it's them you apply to for permission to use such lines.
