I think you're forgetting that not everyone gets their multi-channel digital tv by satellite.

The ITC aren't the only people who have daft rules - the planning authorities have a few as well and one of them prevents me from putting up a satellite dish.

I'm therefore limited to NTL cable or ITV Digital terrestrial - no European option.
