80's tv show

Post by lovemunkey187 »

The other night Holding Out For A Hero (or whatever the correct title is)by Bonnie Tyler was on the radio and some said that this was the theme tune for an action series to which most of us agreed, but nobody can remember the title.

The series in question was about a group of models who solved crimes and stuff if I remember rightly there was one bloke (who was later changed to someone who lookde abit like Martin Kove coz the other guy topped himself)
and five or six women.

I suppose this could be classed as a precursor to VIP, but then again it did come out in a time for some other great prog, A-team, Knightrider, Streethawk, Automan, Manimal, Airwolf and shed loads of others.

Anybody know?

We got both kindsa music here. We got Country and Western

Cover up seems good. Some steroidal all american hero fighting the odds and winning through.

Think it was alson in krapfest film Footloose, too.
We have need of you again, great king.

I vaguely recall watching it .The male lead accidentally topped himself with a prop gun on set.

I used to love this show when I was a kid.
John Eric Hexum was the first hero of it.
Killed himself accidentally. Russian Roulette, although how that can an accident I don't know.

He was replaced by some Aussie called Jack Stryker in the show or something.
It was actually pretty good for it's time.

I'll go and get my anorak and lose even more cred.

Still.....Holden MacGroyn

BUT WITHOUT MY BRUCE LEE SIG BECAUSE HE'S TOO HARD FOR THIS PLACE...
