The Lib Dems have been debating (yes it was a mass- debate!!) should the legal age for viewing porn films be lowered to 16:
In the end they voted for lowing the age for viewing porn.
I think the true blue tories would prob faint if it was ever brought up at their conference!!!!

i think most kids see porn now anyway or seem to know about it being available you should hear some of the things they talk about in these cafes they seem to know more than i did at their age.

They will get MY vote IF they DO abolish the Council Tax as promised, BUT their manifesto about bringing the age to read/obtain and appear on porn to 16 is VERY wrong and IMO is VERY worrying.
This has been brought up before, and again, IMO to appear in h/c porn you should be a MINIMUM of 21.

To be honest i wish id never seen any porn...it raised my expectations of sex and women to unrealistic levels and short of actually being in it myself (which brings its obvious pitfalls), but then for more happy-go-lucky types it could prove a good education/ reference point not to be taken past that

I see no case for reducing the age it is legal to appear in porn, certainly not h/c. Perhaps a case can be made out for 16 year olds to do glamour type photo shoots, but it is not something I feel strongly about. The council tax is unsatisfactory but the libdems idea of a local income tax is just too complicated. Many people do not work in the local authority area that they live. In any event this is all academic, The libdems won't be forming the next government.

I saw a program on Channel 4 a few weeks ago about teenagers & some of them admitted to watching porno movies even though only just 16.
Some of them admitted that they had tried to get their girlfriends to do some of the things they had seen in the porno's, e.g. anal. As it happends their girlfriends refused.
Perhaps these teenagers were finding out about sex a bit too soon....but then teenagers like to start having sex at the earliest moment anyway!!

First porno flick I saw was 'Inside Marilyn' when I was about 13/14. It seemed t be the only one going around in Leicestershire in 1988.
I was quite suprised that when you undress women in real life you can actually see a lot of detail and they are not grainy at all. Some i've been with I later in life, I wish had been pixelised, but that's another story.....
