Reliable, but it was about a year ago that I ordered.

They are still 100% reliable,but some individual titles can take a while to arrive,e.g. BEN DOVERS CHEEK MATES was ordered four weeks ago:still waiting.

Futureent are definitely reliable, but the delivery time has varied when I have used them in the past.
Only to be expected though, to be fair.
Their mainstream titles service is also worth recommending.
