Its a fucking nightmare, my estate agent is a cunt, but the potential buyers are bigger cunts.
Iv'e had a number of 'no-shows' and potential buyers trying to drop the price by ?10k like its short change.
Mind you, my house has never looked so clean these past few weeks

went thru the turmoil myself - my advice is steer well clear of those thieving bastard estate agents - one came round to value the house dressed in a nasty shiny suit and reeking of Old Spice in which he appeared to take a daily shower. Because of this the wallpaper started peeling off as he walked thru the house.

And then he had the audacity to say his charge would be 2% for putting a picture of my house in his shop window.

So I sold it myself and saved a fortune! Bit of a hassle but then you save several thousand pound as opposed to hading it to a spotty 17 year old who pisses it up the wall on alcopops!
