I have had Arseholes like that for neighbours, it's real easy to solve.

We had some1 who would start playing Heavy Metal/Thrash/Rock Music, from 7pm right through to gone 2am, almost every day, especially weekends for almost a month. Well, we notified all the neighbours in our Building, of our plans. Let's just say that after listening to our music for 8 hours solid every day, @ full volume (250Watts, per channel), for a week solid, we never heard the guys music, EVER again.

Assuming this is going on during the night/early hours, disrupting your normal sleeping pattern. Well, get some Military Marches tunes, or Classical Opera, make sure it has some VERY Loud and Deep Bass to the tracks, then play that sucker from 8am through to 5pm, every day for 1 week.

I would suggest to notify other neighbours of yours, find out who also gets annoyed with this shit of hers (sexual howling), and let them know your plans, just incase they hear this music & get pissed by it.

Or another way is to tip up on the door step and ask if you can join in. Do this a few times.

Why not just move Maggs, there,s nowt worse than a loud Geordie lass, believe me.....I know, believe it or not, many years ago when I started up in business, after my career, I was asked to supply some recording equipment to a house, to monitor the sex noises comming from next door, the people who hired the equipment took the tape to the envioromental health people, and they were told if they carried on they would end up in court......................Dont know the outcome! just took the cash and the equipment back and fucked off.
