He can get EH to come in to his flat and 'stake them out', apparently.
Pity it's not out in the desert, covered in jam.

On second thought, she'd probably enjoy that- maybe we could use her in the War Against terror, to deafen Al-Q into submission.............

To do the recording yourself, without first notifying the authorities (Police, Lawyer, E.H. etc), can get you into some sticky situations, as the people you refer to.

But if you first notify at least the Police of the situation & ask them about recording them for providing proof to the E.H. etc, normally you can get away with it & it can be used, if it goes to court, as Admissable Evidence of said "Noise Violation".

Ever since they banned taking the law into you're own hands, there's nothing you actually CAN do. My lezzo neighbours have barking dogs and they also have mates in our local council so if I complain nothing is done. No wonder people snap.
