MS Word Font Size Problem

have you tried the suggestion I made of printing it in another word processor? either just open the word document in wordpad, or, copy and paste it into a new text document in notepad (the copy and paste should remove all formatting thereby removing whatever is causing the issue - I hope!!)

Ah- I've had a similar problem, when Windows decides to 'restore' its own weirdo defaults without consulting me.

I think Windows needs a little talk therapy, and perhaps some basket-weaving........
