Buying the Electoral Roll

Post by andsum »

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to buy the electoral roll ie in whole or in part.

Or can you buy mailing lists of names and if so where do I get them from and how much do they cost.

I'm working for a company and some employees do not want to be on the database. This is because they think their names will be sold to other people.

Cheers

I think the policy varies fom place to place. If you go into some public libraries they can be awkward about you even looking at it.

Go to www.192.com and click the tag that says UK-INFO PRODUCTS.

For about ?250 you can buy the 2004 electoral register on a CD ROM

They also do Business versions (listing UK companies and their directors, etc) if you ever need to do business mailings.
